Terms of service

A design proof will be sent to the email provided for all stuffed animal and baptism design orders. Lovey and Shhlumpie orders that are names only, will not have a proof provided. Please be sure you have the correct spelling, font choice and color for these orders. 

Work will begin on your order after you have approved the design proof. Delays in approval or request for multiple changes may delay the shipment of your order. Changes can be made up until your item goes to production.

Failing to approve a proof within 14 days will cause your order to be cancelled, minus a 10% re-stocking fee.
